The Dialed routine on a walnut station: bottomless portafilter, walnut tamper, rotary WDT, puck screen and walnut dosing funnel
Dialed, espresso prep in wood and steel

Your machine is not the problem. Your puck prep is.

A bottomless portafilter hides nothing. It shows every clump, every tilted tamp, every channel, in the first five seconds of the shot. These are the tools that fix what it shows.

The idea

It shows everything. So prep has to be right.

A spouted portafilter keeps the evidence to itself. A bottomless one shows you the truth in the first seconds: spray where the bed was loose, a pale stream where it channelled, an even rain when the prep was right.

Dialed sells the routine that makes that shot boring, in the best way. Five steps, each one closing a different way a shot goes wrong.

See the five steps

The routine

Five steps. One even puck.

Build your routine

Start from a tier. Then make it yours.

Pick your machine size, then one tool per step. The price is the sum of the parts, minus the routine discount: four steps saves 10%, six saves 15%, the full seven saves 20%.

Your routine ships as separate tracked parcels, typically in the same delivery window. Stated here, and again at checkout.

Grouped the way you work.

Materials and craft

Wood first. That is the whole material policy.

Real wood, named species

Walnut, beech, ebony, rosewood. Handles, funnels, stations and trays are turned or shaped from real wood, and each product page names its species. Where a piece is walnut-finished rather than solid, the page says so.

Solid steel where it counts

Tamper bases and the puck screen are solid stainless steel. The screen is a punched solid disc, never woven mesh, and its page says why.

What we leave out

No spinning distributor, it only levels the surface. No silicone where wood does the job. No logo on anything, and no fake reviews, fake scarcity or countdown timers anywhere.

Questions

Before you build.

Which size is my machine?

51mm for De'Longhi Dedica and Stilosa, 53.3mm for Breville and Sage 54mm machines, 58.5mm for E61 machines, Gaggia Classic and Rancilio Silvia. The builder asks your machine and translates it, or you enter the size directly.

Why separate parcels?

Each tool ships on its own tracked parcel, so a routine can arrive as several parcels in the same delivery window. We say this before checkout, not after.

How do returns work?

We are the seller. Returns come back to us in the US, never to a supplier in China.

Why are there no reviews yet?

We are new, and reviews here will only ever be written by customers. Until then, every product page shows the materials, the exact form, and our sourcing standard, so you can judge the tools directly.
