The dialed station on dark slate: bottomless portafilter, impact tamper, rotary WDT, dosing funnel and the walnut tamping station

A dialed shot starts your day just perfect.

Give your coffee the attention it deserves. The bottomless portafilter shows everything, so prep has to be right.

Start with a kit. Make it yours.

This is the morning routine, in one decision. Each kit gives the first cup the care it deserves, sized to your machine.

Tracked delivery on every order. Returns are handled by us in the US, never shipped back to China.

Kits ship as separate tracked parcels, in the same delivery window. Stated again at checkout.

Every kit lands in one tray. Solid walnut, 30 by 20 cm, in four layouts. Layout C is the one that takes a portafilter. Build a kit

The kits are the routine in one decision. If you only need one tool, start here.

Wood and steel, in every tool.

Wood where your hand goes. Steel where the work happens. Every tool here pairs the two.

Bottomless Portafilter

Watch.

The open basket shows the shot. Five seconds, you know.

Rotary WDT Tool

Distribute.

Needles break up clumps, so water finds no weak path.

Impact Tamper

Tamp.

Lands flat, presses the same, every single time.

Does it fit my machine?

Forget millimeter numbers. Find your brand. Every tool is made for De'Longhi, Breville and Sage, Gaggia, Rancilio, and E61 machines. Breville splits by model: the Barista and Bambino lines take the smaller fitting; the Dual Boiler and Oracle take the larger one, the same fitting as Gaggia and E61.

Still not sure? The kit builder starts with your brand and model, and sets the size for you. Build your routine

Standard or bottomless

There is a right portafilter for everyone.

Both make real espresso. They differ in what they show you, and in how much they ask of your prep.

A standard double spout portafilter with a light beech wood handle, shown with its filter basket, on white

Standard, with spouts

For the person who just wants a good cup of coffee.

  • Forgiving while you learn, it hides an uneven extraction
  • Splits one shot into two cups
  • Less mess when the prep is off
  • The heavier base holds heat through the shot
  • You cannot see the extraction, so prep problems stay hidden
  • Spouts trap old coffee and need more cleaning
  • Less room underneath for a scale or a taller cup

The bottomless portafilter: open basket, full wooden handle, on dark slate

Bottomless

For the enthusiast who likes being involved, and wants the shot perfect.

  • The extraction is fully visible, so channeling shows instantly and prep can be fixed
  • The crema shows in full
  • More clearance for a scale or a taller cup
  • No spouts, so the basket rinses clean
  • No bottom shell, so deeper baskets like 21g triples fit
  • Unforgiving, bad prep sprays and makes a mess
  • There is a learning curve
  • One stream into one cup

Our whole routine exists for the bottomless, because it shows everything. If you would rather keep it simple, the standard is a fine way to make coffee.

Why Dialed.

Tracked delivery Every order, every parcel, tracked in the same delivery window.
US returns, handled by us Returns come back to us in the US. Never shipped back to China.
Separate parcels, stated up front A kit is a bundle of separate tools, and each one ships as its own tracked parcel. That is stated here and again before checkout, not after.

Before you build.

Will it fit my machine?

If your machine is a De'Longhi Dedica or Stilosa, a Breville or Sage Barista or Bambino machine, a Dual Boiler or Oracle, a Gaggia Classic or Classic Pro, a Rancilio Silvia, or an E61 machine from Rocket, Profitec, ECM or Lelit, yes. The builder asks your brand and model and sets the size for you.

Do kits ship as one parcel?

No. A kit is a virtual bundle of separate tools, and each tool ships as its own tracked parcel in the same delivery window. That is stated here and again before checkout, not after.

How do returns work?

Returns come back to us in the US. Never to a supplier in China.

Why are there no reviews yet?

None yet, we are new. When they come, they will only be from customers.

The first cup sets the day.

Start tomorrow dialed in.

Give it ten minutes of care, the same way every morning. That is the whole routine. One kit, sized to your machine, in its own walnut tray. The first cup gets its care, and the day starts perfect.
